We have taken great care to ensure that the Items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate.

DELIVERY

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the Monday.

UK and overseas orders are shipped by DPD, DHL and Royal Mail special delivery. Delivery charges are a follows:

Standard UK delivery (2-3 days) Over £150 FREE or £5 for less
Next day UK delivery (received before 3pm) £8
London Same Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) £15
Europe (2-4 days) Over £150 FREE or £10 for less
USA (2-3 days) Over £150 FREE or £15 for less

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will need to sign for your purchase, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it.

Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer free easy returns if unsuitable items are returned to us within 14 days of delivery date (28 days for international orders). Simply fill in the returns form enclosed with your order send the unsuitable items back to us. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached

UK RETURNS
To download the UK free returns label click HERE. Affix this to the parcel and take to your local Post Office. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it.

EUROPE RETURNS
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order. There will be a DHL or DPD label enclosed within your order and you can book a free collection with DHL by visiting dhl.com, selecting your country to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL branch to organise collection.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To make a return from outside the UK or Europe, you can return using any secure means, we recommend using a sign for service to provide proof of return.

RETURN CONDITIONS
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items and your refund, which can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Please note:

• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made

• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase

• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued via email.

• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider

• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.

• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher

PAYMENT

We accept payments securely through Sage Pay using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards. Payments can also be made through PayPal & Amazon Pay.

All payment details are held securely with your chosen payment provider, Beach Cafe do not have any direct access to payment details.

Beach Cafe uses server security software with SSL encryption to provide the safe transmission of your personal details. All card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. In extremely rare instances Beach Cafe may need to cancel your order, if this is the case you will be contacted via the contact details provided.

By submitting an order through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided are valid and correct, and when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

PAYMENT BY GIFT CARD
Simply enter your Gift Card code in the designated field at the checkout. All remaining balances exceeding the Gift Card, must be paid in full using a credit or debit card.
If the balance on your Gift Card exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. Beach Cafe reserves the right to block the Gift Card if misused.

Please note, a discount code cannot be used when payment is made using a Gift Card.

TAX
If you are placing an order from outside of the UK & EU, including USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Hong Kong, The Channel Islands or any other countries outside of the EU, UK TAX will be deducted from your order at the checkout.
As the recipient from outside of the UK & EU, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
